Since 2014, Upstormed Records has released hip hop, soul and reggae with a message about change, faith and perseverance. Founded by Jonathan Anthony Burkett, the label's releases include the albums One Life (featuring Ambelique) and Born To Make It, the EP Life As I Know It, and songs such as "Changes" and "Don't Give Up" featuring Elisa Polanco.

Today he is an author, poet and recording artist, and the founder of Upstormed Inc, which he leads across retail, music, publishing, media and real estate.
